DbPoweramp 15.1 Registered Powerpack 15.1 not working

Hi there, been a very happy customer for many a year but now I cannot access any metadata as it keeps saying I need the Reference edition which I didn't need before. Upgraded my system at your software's suggestion to dBpoweramp Music Converter R15.1 Registered from 14.4 and now I cannot access any Metadata. Your site also says "Download Locked: Excessive Downloads" which isn't me! This is frustrating and makes me want to see if there is anything else out there. Any suggestions as to why the program is not doing what you say it will do?

Premium metadata such as GD3 and AMG has always required Reference, the Power Pack only has freedb.
