Is AR's rip reporting the result of what was only submitted by it or all clients?
I'm not sure I understand your question. AR comparison is to all the rips reported to it by users. The maximum matches AR will report is 200, but that is arbitrary. On some disks, I'm sure there or thousands of rip submissions to the AR database.
