Hey, I'm new here, dBpoweramp just properly paid and already an unfortunate remark, sad.
When ripping a second CD all is wrong, completely wrong artist, album title, tracks. The CD is from a Dutch artist and I get the meta tags of some English-speaking group.
I do not like free things or trial versions but I surtenly don't expect errors or shortcomings with a payed version.:(

Not a problem with the cd ripper. Just random error with the metadata databases dbpa accesses. I have this happen 2 or 3 time every 1000 CDs I rip. On these, just enter the correct metadata manually.

You can also try the Review Metadata button in the bottom right pane. It can show you different options for the tag info and you may find the correct data there.

The CD will be the one exception.
Something else, after ripping I get the following directory structure:
'artist' and underneath 'album title' and then below the 'album tracks'.
Can I set the rip that I get this result:
'artist + album title' with underneath the 'album tracks'.

Maybe a weird way but very useful to distinguish between downloaded and own albums distinction

yes, use the dynamic naming setting to create any organization scheme you want. Lower left side of ripper screen, click the set button next to dynamic naming line. You'll see current setting and you can edit there to be what you want.

Okay, I see, but it's kind of difficult for me. After ripping i also see many things in tags, can i manupulate that to have only what i want, I do this now by deleting with mp3tag program.

Something else, when ripping I see after each track 'Accurate (3)' , hat does that means ?

It means your disc ripped matches 100% with 3 other peoples rips, you can be 100% certain there are no errors in your rip.

Yes CD Ripper >> Options >> Metadata & ID Tags

uncheck the ones you not want.

Had a accurate of 75 today on a album of Andrew Gold , is this normal ?

On popular discs you will get up to 200 (which is the maximum). You only need a match of 1, the additional are piece of mind...

Keep in mind what the ACCURATERIP match means (and why it is such a powerful test). One could rip a CD on their machine and then rerip and compare the audio data for a match. But if your drive or computer is missing errors, then this match means nothing. So the next step would be ripping your CD on TWO DIFFERENT machines and comparing the two rips. You've at least used two different drives/machines, but you've still ripped the exact same physical CD (which itself could have an error). AccurateRip is the next step. With this, you are comparing your rip of your physical disk (using your drive/machine) to rips of *other* physical copies of the CD ripped by others on different drives/machines from you. This is why even an ACCURATERIP of "1" is very good piece of mind (as the odds of your rip having an error that matches the rip of a complete stranger who also ripped that CD is astronomical!).

Do keep in mind that with newly released CDs, or very rare CDs, you may not find a match in the AR database. The best you can do here is to get a "secure" rip (no AR match). It is possible to check these new CDs later on against the AR database using the PerfectTunes application by Illustrate (also great for after-the-fact artwork adding).
