How to Stop CDGrab Warning for an empyu CD-ROM?

Something changed when I last upgraded my DBpoweramp. Now when I remove a CD following ripping, I get a Pop-Up warning that the CD-ROM does not contain a disc. The window shows CDGrab.exe. How do I get rid of this message so iy does not pop up?

I tried to send a screenshot, but lost this. The window is not popping up right now. However, at the top left of the window/dialog box it read: CDGrab.exe. If this appears again, I will try to capture this and send it.

Why does it show Asset behind the message box, not the CD Ripper? at the time CD Ripper was on the screen?

I had Asset open when the dialog box popped up. I simply snipped the area shown. CD Ripper was open, but minimizes.

What is drive W? the cd drive?

W, X, Y and Z are each different CD-Rom drives installed in a music-dedicated custom computer.

Try a full settings wipe, then reinstall and use on default settings:
