AccurateRip Configure?

How do I configure it? it isnt showing me any pop up, and I cant find anywhere to do it manually.
(I' ve reinstalled Poweramp after a Windows reinstall).

in ripper screen, click on options, and tick the 3 boxes under ACCURATERIP heading. also make sure you've set ripping options for ultrasecure settings. then just start feeding the ripper popular CDs until it configures itself. there is no manual configuration.

Also in Options is an accurateRip section, if it shows an offset then it is already configured.

Well, yeah I've ticked all the boxes, and under the AccurateRip section it's saying with this oranje I that it isn't configured yet. I've entered a classical CD that says Not In Accurate Rip, but it's from 2003. I doubt that it has gone unripped all this time.

Even though AR has millions of CDs in its database, it can be surprising what's not there. And keep in mind that even a very popular CD (and older) may not be in the database because the PRESSING you happen to have is not in the database. A different pressing might very well show up. For example, just this weekend I ripped a Janis Joplin's Greatest Hits CD that's from the early 1990s. It's not in the AR database although I'm sure that it has probably been ripped many times. But my PRESSING may be an unusual pressing.

I just purchased the Mac version and should be missing something very obvious, but can't find a way to configure accurate rip.

I have a 2013 MBP on Yosemite, and this is what I see when I click on "option":



Then I push the "configure now" button, but nothing happens. Really -- no window pops up, nothing.

Is it the normal behaviour, or maybe some incompatibility with my MBP, or BD drive?

Try R1.2 which is in the testing section of this forum.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Mr. Spoon. But unfortunately the behaviour with R1.2 beta is the same as before.

so here is the log of a CD I ripped just a couple of hours ago, with CD Ripper's Options still showing the "Accuraterip is unconfigured" message, and the "Configure now" button not reacting (at least apparently) when I click it. At the same time, the log says that Accuraterip is active, leaving me confused...

The issue is your CD Drive, if you visit:

http://accuraterip.com/driveoffsets.htm

you will see it is purged from the database, this is because the drive does not have a consistent offset across the range. There are not many drives like is, it is not the best.
