dBpoweramp Release 15.1 installation procedure for 15.0 users

For those of us with a registered copy of dBpoweramp 15.0 wanting to upgrade to release 15.1, do we just install over the top of the existing installation or uninstall the existing 15.0 then install 15.1 as new? I'm guessing if we have to uninstall the existing version 15.0 we'd potentially lose our setup configuration. If the version of OS matters, I am running 32-bit XP SP3.

Perhaps add the answer to the download page as a tip for other users to see when they go to upgrade?

Best to uninstall existing then install R15.1, but for most people it makes no difference.

I did not think to uninstall previous version.
Now I have two icons of everything. How do I know which version I am running?

Uninstall R15, install R14:

http://dbpoweramp.com/install/dMC-R14.4-Ref-Trial.exe

Then uninstall R14 (it will remove the old icons and programs), then install R15
