CDs not Displaying Ratings, and Rip Status will show Not in AccurateRip

As a very recent purchaser of dBpoweramp, I am going through my CD collection, ripping to a hard drive.
All has gone well until this morning, dBpoweramp will not show Ratings for any CD (including one ripped previously) and after ripping only now shows Not in AccurateRip for each track.
I've made no changes that I know of, what did I do to cause this condition? Thanks in advance.

Try ripping a very popular CD, it should say in AccurateRip, if it does not, check your security software is not blocking it.

The latest and hopefully last of this. I have a Dell desktop, Win 7, Norton 360 security. My Windows based security (firewall) is OFF. Norton looked at my config, shut Norton OFF, -no change. I upgraded to dBpoweramp 15.1 and rebooted. Viola, ratings and Accurate statuses are back.
Can't explain it, but it's working fine. Thanks!
