Single album track, no ID tags

I have just bought the Kate Bush Director's Cut collection. All three CDs seemed to rip fine, but I have noticed that just one of the tracks on The Red Shoes, has no ID tags at all, whereas the rest of the tracks are fully populated. The name of the file is "11 Why Should I Love You¿.flac", could the upside down question mark be the cause of the problem? It came back with an AccurateRipDiscID of 012-00188220-00e3a50c-a80cf00c-12, so I presume that others with this disc might have had the same problem.

Just trying to identify where the problem lies, and if there is a possible solution or not, other than manually copying/creating and populating the ID tags from another track.

The upside down question mark should not cause a problem, on Windows as it is a valid filename character. Try re-ripping that track.

Re-ripping worked, so I'm not sure what caused it... the joy of PCs.
