Ripping errors/Secure question

Most of my discs rip fine. Some have problems on the last 1 or 2 tracks.

Here's an example - "Pure Moods" (a Various Artists release)

Tracks 1 through 15 ripped perfectly - with Accurate matches between 114 and 124

But track 16 went into Ultra-Secure mode, and then re-ripped about 16 frames. When finished, it is simply labelled "Secure" (with a green "i")
For track 17, it also re-ripped a few frames. And then ended up "Insecure" (with a red X).

SO - given those results, I know I can't trust the rip of track 17. But what about track 16?

With such a high AccurateRip value for other tracks, you can be certain track 16 has errors also.
