CAn't access metadata

I have a purchased 14.4 dBpoweramp version and now I'm receiving a warning message that metadata access requires "reference version". Why is that?

This is correct, only the Reference versions (R14 or later) have unlimited commercial metadata. Prior to this, there used to be a yearly metadata renewal option (for around $5), however our agreement with the commercial providers changed to offering a permanent license with Reference. The free metadata, freedb can be used without limitation.

Problem solved. I re-installed dBpoweramp and everything is alright now.
