Difference between R15.1 and R15????

I'm confused. I had to re-install dbPoweramp after getting a new computer and, on the retrieval download page, I was offered the option of downloading R15.1 (which I had already purchased) or an upgrade/free trial offer of R15. This makes no sense at all. Is R15 an upgrade over R15.1????

The offer was likely an offer to change from Single computer to Family pack. R15.1 is the latest.
