cannot get accurate rip configuration pop up to open

I've followed the setup guide and I am at the accurate rip part but it just does not want to open. I've used numerous cds listed on the database to no avail. I've ripped a cd and it says all the tracks were verified as accurate but I know that it isn't official until it is configured. Do I really just keep feeding cds until I get lucky? Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Possibly it has already found the offset? CD Ripper >> Options

if Sample Offset has a number there other than zero it has found the offset. There is a button reset to zero to set to zero and have the configuration happen once more.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply! It actually has found the offset at +6 :confused: I'm going to reset it and hopefully I get the configuration pop up. Thanks for your help :smile2:
