When I put a CD into ripper and no meta data is shown if I add it does it make it available to others? Some CD's show they are in AR but no meta data is shown. So if I rip and add the meta data am I just doing that for my own benefit if I want the tracks ID'd on my own PC?
It appears CD Ripper just looks for a few things from a rip for comparison against another rip and that's it. Meta data will be provided from external sources if available but is not needed by CD Ripper for what it's designed to do to accomplish it's purposes.
Please confirm. I just want to know if I am providing meta data when it's not usable or necessary.
