DSP effects will not update

Hi,

I checked for updates and was told I have release 10 and rel 11 is availble. I downloaded it - and it still tells me I have rel 10. I have done this about three times now so I am getting a little fed up! Can you help please!

You might have r14 32 bit and r15 64 bit installed, see this to troubleshoot:
