Random CD's not ripping in the same way

Hi guys, I have an issue where some of my CD's are not ripping. But there seems to be a pattern. My Linkin Park CD's won't rip and it always seems to be the even tracks that won't rip. Am I doing some thing wrong? Has anyone else had similar issues? Here is an error message from my Chris Isaak CD:

This is where the CD drive its self returns no data, I think your drive is faulty.
