Opus and Sample Rate

Noticed after ripping a CD and encoding using Opus the sample rate is reported wrong in the file properties. It should show 48KHz but it's reporting 44.1KHz.

Foobar shows 48Hz.

Internally Opus only has one sample rate, that is 48KHz, so everything is converted to 48KHz. However Opus indicates the source frequency also, and dBpoweramp converts back to source frequency on decode, so dBpoweramp would decode as 44.1KHz.
