How can I match metadata for the second disc of a multi-disc album?

I have the batch ripper set to manually review metadata for each disc. If I make changes for disc 1, including picking different album art, when it's time to rip disc 2, how can I get dBpoweramp to apply the changes I made to disc 1, like the spelling of the album or artist? For the art, I just pick the folder.jpg which I have for disc 1, but it'd be great if I didn't have to do that either.
