Copy track names to clipboard

I right click on a track list and choose "Copy track names to clipboard"

The resulting pasted information has for each track, the track number, the word "title" before the actual title and the track length.

I just want the track titles - is it possible to only extract this information?

Ok - does anyone know of a programme that can extract just the titles from a CD?

Extract to where? there is a DSP which can write an XML in a user programmed format.

To a plain txt file - I used to have a neat little programme which could do just that - in fact you could specify what to extract.

But that was on my old XP computer which died - now I have a sooper dooper Windows 7 computer but can I remember the name of the programme!!!!!!

And searching on google doesn't seem to find anything!
