When ripping a small batch of CDs its handy to have the tray set to auto eject, what I can't stand is that the auto eject function still seems to eject the CD after the rip regardless of whether its been accurate or not.

Could you add an additional flag in that stops the tray ejecting in the even the rip has been reported as not accurate?
