computer crash

Hello,

I've been using dbpoweramp for years without problem but now my computer crashes everytime I open the program. The window showing the choice of cd drive appears and I just have the time to read a message error like "disk less or sthing " before the blue screen. Could you help me please?

A blue screen typically means something serious is wrong with the computer, a normal computer could not crash like that, even if we wanted to.

It is likely that something has installed its self between the OS and CD drive (like a cd rom filter), and it is that which is crashing, if you have any virtual CD drive installed, remove it. Update the drivers of the video card also.
