I've had this issue both on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
After installing all my software, being happy that I have a clean formatted system....out of nowhere, the moment I right click some file, Explorer.exe would crash and restart.
I couldn't figure out what it is because upon looking up the error code no results appear in Google
I made a thread about this long back on My Digital Life Forums but we couldn't find a solution
So what I did was, I formatted my system this time, and started installing one app after the other, using the system for a day, once everything is ok, I would install the next app the next day.
Until finally I found the culprit, it was dBpoweramp R15
I searched on Google for this problem and it appears that dBpoweramp R14 had this and after the update to 14.2 it was supposedly fixed.
Well now it seems its back since I always upgrade to the latest version
can you please look into this problem as I am unable to install dBpoweramp for this reason, the crashes are random but they're too much for my liking.
