VERY slow Gap and Index detection R14 and 14.4

Hi

Ripper has been working well till last night. Suddenly began having issues with slow detection (3-5min/track). I had not changed any settings.

This am I upgraded everything available for upgrade. Ripper was upgraded to 14.4 (placed in 64 bit program) and ran into same problem. Even tried re-ripping a CD I had had not a problem with prior.

I did not uninstall R14 and did not change settings in 14.4.

Any insight? (Win 7 1 terabyte) p7-1010 PC
