I've been using dbpower Amp to rip CD audio for 10+ years now (Version 4.0.0.48) and love the program. I'm wondering if it's possible to extract meta-data text (like artist, title, etc) from audio CD's when I rip them as wav files? I'm not talking about the freedb.org thing - these are limited edition CD's that aren't in any database. Their tracks are all "tagged" somehow when the discs are burned, with the song title info. That's what I'm trying to extract. Does anyone know if this feature was even possible in Version 4 of the CDGrab program?

I cannot say yes, as I do not have your CDs, if they have CD Text and your drive can read CD Text, then later versions of dBpoweramp should help.Comment
