Complimentary Upgrade To R15

If I buy dBpoweramp now will I qualify for the complimentary upgrade?

Just want to make sure I have interpreted the wording "dBpoweramp R15 is code complete for full release in March, a bunch of external codecs yet to update then we are good to go" as the release date being 1st March 2014.
