    QNAP/TWONKY problem help required

Hi, sorry if this has been posted before. I'm currently re-ripping all my cd's via dB into a QNap 212 serving a Naim NDX streamer. When first ripped, my cd's were displayed in album order, not grouped together as the artist. I'm re-ripping putting the artists name in front of the album title to get them all together. However, in multimedia, the album tracks are now displayed in alphabetical, not track order. Will the NDX see them this way (can't currently check as my NDX is back at factory for repair). If so what can I do about it (plain English please, I'm not good with computers)

    many thanks

    John

What format do you rip to?

Alphabetic listing of tracks is a common issue for Twonky, we cannot offer to fix Twonky, but can offer a better upnp server, see:

Once again thanks for your help Spoon. I'm ripping to FLAC and I think I've got it sorted. I will have a look at your recommendations.

      cheers
