Removing long silence at the end of a track before the next one starts

There is this one track that is 2and to the last, of which has a longer silence at the end of it before the last track.

Is there a way to get or shorten this silence to be of a similar silence length of all the other tracks?

I see there is a DSP effect for something like this, but I want to just apply it to this one track with a long silence at the end, and not all the other tracks on the album.

You can reconvert that single track with the DSP effect Trim Silence

I am not sure how i would go about that, i do all my intial rips of my CDs in flac format default 5, how would I reconvert? would Ii open the batch converter and convert that track to flac again with the effect?

Browse to that track, right click on it >> Convert To >> select flac, output to the same location as original and add the dsp effect.
