    DSP settings are blank

First time poster; love this program.
I don't see any mention of the following issue anywhere in this forum.
I had to reinstall dBp after a computer crash. I did the usual re-registration and got the download for 13.5, a Registered Power Pack renewal,
as well as downloading and installing Release 10 of DSP effects.
Then I went to add DSP/Actions in CD Ripper, all DSPs are listed. I selected ReplayGain, but the settings box contains no visible options.

Am I missing something here ?

I am a User with full administrator privileges.
The DSP subfolder is in the dBPoweramp folder, with all files appearing normally.
The DSP dropdown menu in CD Ripper shows all available effects.

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: DSP settings are blank

All effects are blank? or just Replaygain?

Your Windows is it 64 bit or 32 bit?

    if you look in:

    C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\DSPs\

    or (on 64 bit Windows)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\DSPs

What is the file size of ReplayGain Application Extension, it should be 300KB

      -all effects exhibit same behavior
      -Windows 7 64-bit
-file size of Replaygain App Extension is 370KB.

(-one other significant piece of info; all app installs are done to secondary E: drive; main OS is on a SSD c: drive. )

      Thanks for the quick response.

Interesting, 370KB is the size of the 64 bit DSP, it would only install this if it was no able to detect a 32 bit install, and it would have installed to a different location (C:\Program Files\dBpoweramp not C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\DSPs).

Anyhow, uninstall the DSP effects, then hold the right shift key down and double click the DSP install, this will force the 32 bit install.

That did it. As described, DSP effects uninstalled and reinstalled holding the right key down. The settings now show up when selecting a DSP.

Thanks, Spoon. Never would have figured this one out without your advice.
