Help Please, QNAP/Twonky is doing wierd things

Hi,
I have started to re-rip my collection (1000+ CD's) and, in order to group artists/bands together, I have been entering the artists name before the album title. So far I am at "D" but, on reviewing the files, my re-rips have put tracks in alphabetical rather than track order. What can I do to sort this please (please note I am not a computer wizard so any instructions will have to be in simple, plain English) Any help would be MOST appreciated.
