Album Art Not Loading Selected File

Newbie question here...

I've just started using CD Ripper to convert my library, which contains a couple hundred Japanese mini-LP CD's. I wanted to show album art correctly for these releases, meaning that I wanted the album art to have the correct OBI strip on the covers. So I scanned all my Japanese mini-LP's, and edited them to jpg's with 500x500 resolution.

Now I'm starting to rip the CD's, and obviously want to associate the right art with each rip. So in CD Ripper, I'm loading the disk and clicking on the "+" button in the album art section. Then I select "Load (from file)", navigate to where my scanned files is, and select it. In a second or two, it appears in the window. I'm assuming at that point it will be converted and added into the folder I'm creating with my rip.

But that's not what's happening.

I'm not getting my selected file included in the rip. I'm getting the default file it finds on the internet, even though I already selected a different file from my local computer.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure it is not adding your file to the already existing file (that is, there are TWO album art files included), and you are seeing only one of the covers in your player/viewer? Are you embedding the art in the file or simply having it saved in the album subdirectory as either folder.jpg or cover.jpg?

Yes you have to click [-] first to remove existing, otherwise you add a 2nd art.

Ahhh, thanks guys!

I wasn't noticing the indicator of more than one piece of art. My selection therefore was second, since it seems the one it finds on the internet always defaults to first position.
