    New purchase

Hi I just purchased Reference R14 and perfect tunes bundle and have downloaded them. However I have no idea where they are on my pc ie no icon or live tile to click to start running the programs. I'm using a Sony Vaio Duo 11 and Windows 8.1.

    Regards Jonathon

go to your folders in C: drive. Under program files (x86), find the folder "Illustrate". in this you'll find the executable files. You can right click any of these, SEND to desktop as a shortcut icon.

oops. that's after you have installed. Have you installed the downloaded file? Maybe it is in your download folder?

don't link a shortcut to the illustrate directory. in the directory there are files that end in .exe. create shortcuts from those. For ripping CDs, you'll want the DBPoweramp CD ripper.exe

p.s. maybe the files are actually in program files (x86) "dbpoweramp" folder after the installation. Have you read the instructions here:

Even if I go to recent downloads and click run it takes me back to the configuration window. Its like a loop. Will look for that file

ok. so now, in windows start menu (does 8.1 have this???), hit start, ALL PROGRAMS, then look for "dbpoweramp music converter", then click on this folder. Underneath it do you see "dbpoweramp CD Ripper"? if so, run this program (or better yet, right click and create shortcut to program)

If you press the Start key to get the menu of all installed program and scroll to the right, dbpoweramp will be listed in the furthest right.

                              it goes like this

                              program files (x86)

                              Illistrate

                              dBpoweramp

then a whole list of folders and files
