Metadata showing artist picture

I just purchased DBpower amp for ripping cd. I rip it to WAV and play the file with Jriver Media center 18. It works great, Jriver can play artist pictures on slide show.
Can I still get these pictures when I choose metadata from DBpower amp online sites. I am not sure how I got these pictures when ripping it. The albums contain these pictures are Rod Steward unplug and seated, Norah Jones feels like home.

Any help is appreciated

If I choose metadata from internet sites listed on DB power amp menu instead of from CD, Can I still get the artist pictures embedded on CD ? I see these pictures when playing the album with Jriver media center 18

Yes art is handled separately, once set it sticks in CD Ripper.
