HP Envy Phoenix CD ROM not recognised by dBpoweramp

Hi

I have just installed dBpoweramp on a new HP Envy Phoenix 800-050EA and the CD ROM is not recognised, irrespective of the number of CDs used to try to configure dBpoweramp. PC properties show the CD ROM drive as an HP DVD-RAM GHA3N device.

Any suggestions for how to get the CD ROM recognised so that I can benefit from AccurateRip and avoid having to use Ultra Secure ripping for all my disks?

You have to keep feeding discs until it configures, until your drive appears in accuraterip you will need 3 discs which gave matching offsets.

Many thanks for the quick feedback. After approx. 30 disks it configured. I just had to be more patient trying to find disks that would work!
