Support request: Problems retrieving MetaData

since a couple of days I am experiencing difficulties retrieving MetaData for the CD´s I want to Rip.
There seems to be no connection...

I have an error Log for the CD Automatic for the people from REM

If there is no metadata for any of the popular CDs then check your security software is not blocking our software (you can normally disable firewalls or security software as a test).
