Having trouble ripping cds. Hangs on "ripping track 1 of 1". Even to test conversion.

Hi All,

I've been looking for an answer on here, but have not been able to come up with anything that works for me. I recently upgraded to the most version of dbpoweramp. But then I started having the problem described in thread title. I'm running Windows 7 and never had any problems before with the program. I tried completely uninstalling the program, using the utility provided here to make sure it was all removed. Then I tried to reinstall but I'm having the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

I opened up the computer reseated everything - blew out the dust and now it works. Please delete thread.
