From FLAC to itunes library proces?

hey folks

I just bought this execelent piece of software and ripped my entire cd collection to FLAC using spoons guide. Now im looking to batchconvert the collection to MP3 for usage on my iPod. So whats your recommended proces for getting the structure right for iTunes?

I thought i'd either have to batchconvert and let iTunes sort it out by consolidating the files or use a specific name scheme when batchconverting.

If theres a standard way to go about this i would love to hear it :smile2:

iTunes does not use filenames, only ID Tags, so convert to where ever you like then move the files to the 'automatically add to itunes' folder in the music folder.
