Possible to _save_ inputted text data (artist etc)?

Hi

I inputted my data in manually for a CD I got today but for some reason the software jammed as it finished playing the last but one track on CD1, I thought it was the CD which I got from ebay but it didn't occur again after a reboot so it wasn't the disc or Windows.

Is it possible for the CD ripper to save all the text like some sort of backup before/after ripping of artists, titles, individual genre/styles so there won't be any need to do it all again in case of a problem like the above?

It is supposed to save the details to the dBpoweramp Cache.
