Been updating my Doors collection. Bought 4 CDs all digitally remastered. Only about half the tracks rip as accurate. The rest all listed inaccurate and sound pretty grim when played back on Linn or Sonos. Is this a particular issue with digitally remastered CDs as I recall having the same issue with another similar CD.

If all the tracks are inaccurate, then it is likely that the cd is a different pressing to the one in AccurateRip.

If half on each CD are wrong ... try a different CD drive, and see what you get. (Someone else's computer with the free version is likely to give you an indication.)

That's the odd thing. It is only about half the tracks on each CD i.e tracks 1 to 5 (or 6) in each case. The rest are OK.

You might try lowering the CD-ROM ripping speed (in Options).

When you say the tracks sound "grim", do you mean that bit errors are clearly audible (e.g. skips or stutters), or just that there's weird distortion or some other sonic problem?
