Recommend a CD drive, Warner Bros CD's

My current drive has trouble ripping Warner Bros CD's, more specifically The Flaming Lips, Yoshimi, which it will not rip at all. Has anyone had any joy ripping this CD or has a drive that flies through Warner Bros CD's that they can recommend.

- Turn off the auto-play feature, in case it carries an application
- Try the Defective by Design mode.

As for drives ... any different second drive could improve, just because two drives have their different idiosyncracies when it comes to defective discs. Grab one off an end-of-life computer.
