Meta Data Issues

Hello,

I've had these scenarios occur and wonder if there's a way to do something about it:
1. Put CD in and it pulls totally unrelated info off of the CD.. different artist, different cover. Wow strange!
2. Similar artist/album but different volume/version. It seems like there's some confusion in the search

For both situations it would be nice to do a manual search (type in and see) and choose from a list of new album art and or meta data sets. Is there a way to do this in DBP or not?

Click the review metadata can see if can choose different.

Yes yes.. been using that and its great. The only issue is that sometimes that does not have the correct info at all.

1. What to do then??

2. Also, anyway to automatically rename a file? example.. 01 tom sawyer TO: 01 Rush - Tom Sawyer // without taking it through the rip process?? I do have some files that are already ripped but I did not put the artist name in the filename. How to do it after?

Do changes manually before ripping, choose art from downloaded file, etc.

Also, no need to rerip, just use dbpa to edit metadata. Can do batch edits with DSP Id tag update.
