Problem with hp BC-5541H?

I've been using EAC, Everything SEEMS to be going fine, except I noticed every CD I rip has a 2 second gap before the first track. And it's not there on my other drive...
It's been configured with AccurateRip, so it shouldn't have any issues, but from what I've heard about AccurateRip, it's what configures my read/write offset... so does this mean the read offset needs increased/decreased? If so, by how much?

AccurateRip compensates for the drive offset, the largest drive offset is around 2 sectors which is 100x less than 2 seconds...For support on EAC perhaps ask on the EAC forum.
