Question marks instead for album info on some albums with international characters

Hi

I am usually ripping in wav format. On some Greek albums (info in Greek alphabet) info shown as ?????????.
I said ok i ll edit it and fix it. Problem is that Dbpoweramp editor cant edit these fields. I do the edit but new info is not saved unless is in latin character set. So ???????? are staying if i want to keep greek characters.
Any fix for this?

WAVE list tags are not unicode compatible.
