    Two-part question

I like to tag some of my fields with ";" to separate artists. But when the folders are created using ";" the folder titles get cut off right after the first ";". Any way around this?

Second (and perhaps more advanced question). I like to tag my classical CDs with very specific fields such as artist birth and death years, nationality, the year of composition etc. Is there a way to set up a profile within dbpoweramp so that I don't have to constantly retype the field names with every new CD. I would like to have a set of blank fields that I've created (but don't have to retype). Just to clarify, I don't need the field values to reappear, but I would like to actually not have to retype the fields every time. I tag my CDs with about 30 fields (all custom) and to retype the field names for every CD is starting to make my hand hurt. LOL Is there a way?

    Thanks

dBpoweramp will not put a 2nd artist in the filename, it is always removed.

In CD Ripper you can set on the options >> metadata and id tagging to add a fixed tag, then just edit it.

Thank you. Is there any way to map the field "Ensemble" so that it actually saves as "Ensemble" and not as "Album Artist"

      Thanks

          Last question today....

Is there a way I can add album art from a file on my computer prior to rip. I see how to do it via the internet images, but not from my own scans.

          Thanks!

If you click the >> next to art in CD Ripper there is:

            Acquire from Scanner
            Load from File

The Ensemble / Album Artist thing did not work. It still saves the Ensemble field as Album Artist. I think I did what you said correctly. Any suggestions?

              Thanks

DBpoweramp will always show it as artist, even with the mapping set, even if stored as ensemble
