Now I've purchased a license nothing will rip - what have I done wrong ?

I've used upthe 21 day trial, but now I've bought a license and downloaded the updated software nothing will rip. The cd i read, metadata retrieved etcbut when I click "rip" there is a long pause before the drive starts to spin and I get a succession of red x's. I've tried a few diffrent cd's and all are the same.

Any ideas whatI've done to cause this would be welcome.

The problem is with your network device not allowing dbpoweramp to write to it, most likely Windows has lost the password to access it, to rectify, open Windows Explorer and browse to:

\\MYBOOKLIVE\Public\Shared Music

Windows will ask for a user name and password, enter them and check the box [] remember password
