Ripping:
Crazy Town - Gift of Game

This is an HDCD, but I am not using the HDCD DSP

On multiple tracks I keep getting the following error:

CoreConverter.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x01420b16" referenced memory at "0x9ae17ae8". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

The rip then says its accurate, but the resulting FLAC file is invalid and has no tags

Rip to Apple Lossless, then try converting to FLAC, does it convert that track ok?

I will try with Apple Lossless, but this is happening consistently with very short tracks/silence

Try ripping to test conversion, does that work?

Which DSP effects are you running?

Same results w/ test conversion

But I have identified the problem.

Its the Replay Gain DSP with EBU R128 enabled and it seems to be a problem with very short or silent tracks.

I am not seeing this (with short or silent tracks), make sure you have the latest R9 DSP effects installed (from the beta section).

If still crashes, rip that track without the DSP Effect, then try convert FLAC >> FLAC with the effect, does it crash? if it does we need the FLAC file before crash.

Where do you want me to sent the flac? Its still happens with conversion. WinXp Sp3, R14.4b & latest R9 DSP.
