Ripping on more than one drive - Options seem to effect all open instances of program

Also, I want to rip with 3 drives at once. While I can select the drive that I want, it seems that when I change the options from "secure" to "burst" to "defective by design", it seems to change this across all of the open applications. IS there a way to change this?
