What are the various "rip status" meanings and how do I determine what they mean?

I didn't see this listed anywhere on the site. Can someone tell me what "accurate (8)" means or "accurate (31)" means? Also, what does "i Secure" mean" what do all of those things that show up mean and how can I decipher them?
