Ripping with inaccurate results

I am brand new to the software and this could likley be operator error??

I have ripped two CD's with vocals Keb'Mo' Slow Down and Diana Krall Love Scenes. I have ripped them in a FLAC file format in the highest resolution setting. The result is the vocals are way back in the mix and I hear a increased cathedral style reverb that is not present in either of the recordings.

Any help would be greatly apprciated.

You want to rip as 44.1KHz, stereo and 16 bit as this matches the CD.

If accuraterip verifies the rip, then the data is 100% the same as stored on the CD.
