Put in GD3 user/pass?

Can't seem to figure out where to put in my GD3 user/pass? Previously, I used RipNAS on the HomeServer - but then I was recently fooling around with EAC and purchased the lifetime look-up for GD3 and couldn't figure out how to use that with CD Ripper.

I know I'm probably just missing something obvious, but I didn't find anything in the

You cannot use an eac gd3 user name with our programs.
