    occasional hang on CPU encoding

I've noticed that sometimes on long tracks (over 10 minutes), DB poweramp will get to "CPU encoding" and either run incredibly slowly or hang completely. Cancelling and re-ripping does not help. Nor does re-starting the program. The only thing that seems to fix it is a complete re-start of the machine. Then ripping the same track takes the normal amount of time.

    Anyone else had this problem?

    I'm running win7 x64 on a Q6700 quad with 8GB ram

Ripping to local HDD or network share?

It is likely this is causing the issue (where the reading of the big file to re-tag it is causing issues), rip to your local HDD and there will be no hang.

Thanks! Bit long winded to rip to HDD and then move to share but if it sorts the problem, I'm happy to give it a go :-)
