accidently bought myupgrade to 14.3, when I already bought it in 2011, refund

I was recently prompted to purchase an upgrade from R13 to the current R14.3 as the R13 that was on my computer's metadata access expired. I went ahead & did so & made the paypal payment, only to find that I already had purchased a reference number for 14.3 in January 2011, & would like to know if I can be refunded, as I dont think I need 2 reference numbers for 14.3.

Is the 14.3 upgrade I bought in 2011 the same as the 14.3 upgrade I accidentally bought again in 2012?

Ok, I did just that, I forewarded 2 e-mails explaining, & then with the orders each, the one in 2011, & the one from now in 2012.
